耿新鹏，本科毕业于大连理工大学数学科学学院，博士毕业于大连理工大学控制科学与工程学院。2021年3月至今任职大连海事大学航运经济与管理学院和大连海事大学综合交通运输协同创新中心讲师。

研究方向：供应链金融，交通运输规划，交通大数据分析
